What is your shipping policy?
Orders ship USPS at a flat rate of $2.99 per order & ship either priority or standard retail ground.
RETURN POLICY
If you would like to make a return, please contact us stating the reason for the return, purchase date, and order #. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original condition at the buyer’s expense within 10 days of purchase.
SALES
When running Free Shipping sales, BeeZoetic reserves the right to choose the best shipping options within reason. All sale items are final.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We do offer wholesale for enamel pins only. Visit our page for more information or contact us to request access to our current linesheet. We will get back to you asap with wholesale information.
Can I get a discount?
We periodically run sales, but the best way to get discounts is to join our mailing list!
Can I order a custom design?
COMMISSION
BeeZoetic accepts commission work when scheduling allows. Please contact us including as much detail about the project or art piece as possible for more information if interested.

Every item and design is handmade and may contain imperfections.
